American Intercontinental University was created in 1970 in Europe. It has 7 campus locations and an online institution. The online classes began in 2001 and became a full virtual campus in 2002. AIU focuses on helping each individual grow within academia, personality and in their profession. They want to prepare each student to become an efficient employee and ready for anything in their life. The university offers classes in business, design, media, engineering, education and humanities.
